Steelo Cosmetics Online accepts orders that are billed and shipped to locations in the United States including U.S. Territories. We regret that we are unable to ship to international addresses and apologize for any inconvenience. Orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays). Below are the shipping rates:
Orders are received processed and shipped to destination within 3-7 Business Days.

Most items may be shipped to a P.O. Box or Military APO / FPO addresses, but some restrictions apply. Orders being sent to P.O. Boxes or Military APO / FPO addresses must be shipped via the United States Postal Service and may have longer delivery time.

Returns and Exchanges
All orders are completely guaranteed. We are committed to satisfying all of our customers and accept returns. If a product does not meet your expectations, you may return it for a refund within 30 days from the date of purchase. Return the unused portion and we will be happy to refund your account or exchange your purchase for other Steelo Cosmetics Products.
Our apologies, as shipping and handling charges are not refundable. We accept returns from orders made only at www.steelocosmetics.com.
Purchases made at a partnered retail location cannot be returned at www.steelocosmetics.com.
To ensure protection and prompt delivery, our recommendation is that you return the items via UPS, Fed Ex, or insured Parcel Post.
At this time we are required by law to charge sales tax on orders being shipped to the state of Maryland.
Occasionally, a product may be temporarily unavailable. Unavailable products will be missing “Add to Cart” button once you click on the the item. If this is the case, we encourage you to return to our website to purchase the product at a later time.
Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are cancelled by our system for various reasons. Some reasons include:
1. Selected item(s) not available.
2. Issue in processing payment information.
3. Cannot ship to address provided.
4. Duplicate order was placed.
5. Cancelled due to a customer request.
If your order is cancelled, you will receive an email notice alerting you to the cancellation. You will not be billed for any cancelled items.

Gift certificates are delivered via email. The EGift Certificates are delivered as specified and has an area for a special message. Great for all occassions.
Wish List/Gift Registry
You can create your personal wish list once you have registered account. When you are shopping and find items you'd like to save for a future purchase, just add them to your wish list. Your wish list saves these items even if you log off the site, making it easy to locate and purchase your favorite products in the future. Products placed in your wish list will remain there until they are purchased or removed. You can email your wish list to friends and families. Just click on "Share Wish List" and include a special message.
Create a Registry for a special event or occasion. Click on the Gift Registry tab in your account and create an event.
